Professional wood protection through pressure impregnation
Deep impregnation (by vacuum-pressure method) is the most effective way to ensure long-term resistance of wood against biological and weathering effects. During the process, the wood preservative is introduced under pressure deep into the wood’s cellular structure, ensuring uniform protection of the material across the entire cross-section.
Thanks to this, deep-impregnated wood is particularly suitable for structures where the wood is in constant contact with moisture, the ground or the outside air.
Pre-vacuum: The air in the pores of the wood is removed to ensure maximum penetration of the impregnation agent.
Pressure phase: the impregnation agent is pressed into the wood under pressure (up to 12 bar).
After-treatment and drying: excess solution is removed and the wood is dried under controlled conditions.
The process ensures stable quality and compliance with applicable standards.
