Dans le cadre de ce projet, l&rsquo;entreprise fera l&rsquo;acquisition d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;automatisation pour ligne de rabotage, d&rsquo;une tron\u00e7onneuse, d&rsquo;une ligne d&#8217;emballage de granul\u00e9s et d&rsquo;une imprimante laser.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f220a5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4f220a5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Objectif et r\u00e9sultat du projet :<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-88b1095 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"88b1095\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L&rsquo;objectif du projet est d&rsquo;augmenter la capacit\u00e9 de production, d&rsquo;\u00e9largir le portefeuille de produits et d&rsquo;optimiser la production afin d&rsquo;accro\u00eetre la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;industrie. L&rsquo;entreprise vise un d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 par l&rsquo;augmentation de la productivit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9veloppement des processus, de la technologie et du personnel.<\/p><p>La nouvelle automatisation de la ligne de rabotage permet de diagnostiquer plus rapidement les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la ligne et de r\u00e9duire ainsi les temps d&rsquo;arr\u00eat. La tron\u00e7onneuse augmente consid\u00e9rablement la capacit\u00e9 de production des produits coup\u00e9s, en utilisant la fonctionnalit\u00e9 de nesting. La ligne d&#8217;emballage de granul\u00e9s permet de doser, d&#8217;emballer et de stocker efficacement les produits granul\u00e9s fabriqu\u00e9s. L&rsquo;objectif du projet est de r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9pendance de l&rsquo;entreprise aux combustibles fossiles.
